Midflight catastrophy...

Ok...Maybe it wasn't a catastrophy...BUT there's more to this honeymoon story. While on our way to Phoenix to SLC, the pilot comes on and says there are thunderstorms and he's going to circle until they go away. Well, we were running out of fuel so he comes back on and tells us we're flying to Las Vegas to gas up, then go back to phoenix to catch our connecting flights. Randy was hoping they'd just let us get off and fly to SLC there, but No. We had to fly 45 minutes back to phoenix, realize our flight JUST took off and have to book a hotel because now we have to stay the night. BLAH!!!!!! I was frustrated...boooooooo!!!
Well we woke up at 5:30 phoenix time to fly home and now we're back. Thank heavens! It's nice now to sit and relax :)

  1. Be thankful for a pilot that followed protocol. I think you both just learned a great lesson on how to approach your marriage. Follow the rules even when it makes the journey appear longer. Trust in the Lord and count your Blessings.
